By accessing or using Skraib ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skraib provides an AI-powered writing environment, including document editing, autocomplete, review, and collaboration tools. The Service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using Skraib. We do not claim ownership of your writing. You grant us a limited license solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skraib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
